About My Trip to Europe
I took off from JFK on March 18th bound for Nice, France.  After 7hrs and 5000 miles, what is the first thing I hear once I'm inside the terminal in Nice?  "Farenheit" by Jean Paul ... unbelievable how American music rules the world.  Well, my itinerary went something like this:

March 19th/20th - Nice, Cannes, Monte Carlo
March 21st - French/Italian Alps, Torino
March 22nd/23rd - Milan
March 24th/25th - Venice/Padova/Bologna
March 26th - Salerno
March 27th/28th - Pompeii, Sorrento, Capri, Herculeum
March 29th/30th*/31st/1st - Rome
April 2nd/3rd/4th - Florence, Pisa
April 5th/6th/7th - Rome, Vatican City
April 8th - Back to the USA

Here I am in front of the ruins of Pompeii which for 1500 years, were buried under many feet of volcanic ash.

This is a shot of me overlooking the cliffs of Sorrento in the Southwest of Italy.

Perhaps the most famous statue in the world, The David, is located at the Accademia in Florence.  20 seconds after I took this picture ... crazy security guards tried to confiscate my camera!!!  Ooops!
